Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Amina Baobab Powder

1 cup of almonds
2 cups cashews
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup dried mango, cut into small pieces
½ cup raisins
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup mulberries
2 tablespoon of pure 100% maple syrup
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Process:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the cashew, coconut, mango, raisins, pumpkins and mulberries in a bowl.
In a smaller bowl combine the baobab, pure maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
Pour over the trail mix and mix well. Add on to a lined roasting tray and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes – checking and tossing on occasion to make sure they don’t burn.
