Peanut ButterBAB Squares

Prep time: 15 mins

Cool time: 1h 15mins (cooling at room temperature)

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

½ cup natural creamy peanut butter

1 tablespoon olive or canola oil

½ cup 100% pure honey

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup dark brown sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup Amina Baobab

½ cup sliced almonds (give a light chop)

1/2 cup organic raisins

2 cups rolled oats

½ teaspoon kosher salt

Process:

Mix maple syrup, peanut butter, oil, honey, cinnamon and brown sugar in a small saucepan, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add vanilla extract after removing pan from heat.

In a separate bowl, combine Amina Baobab, almonds, raisins, oats and salt.

Mix your wet and dry ingredients until they are well combined.

Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking dish and cover with parchment paper. Press the paper firmly into the corners of the dish.

Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and allow to cool completely.

Cut as desired. Enjoy!
